All of our payments go through Paypal. We accept Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and Visa. We also accept e-cheques through Paypal. You don't have to have a paypal account to pay for a purchase at BijouxRocks.com.
                             

Returning an Item
                             
As all of our jewellery is specially made and is not mass produced.  Jewellery can be returned  only if there is a fault due to us.  We will then repair or make another to your requirements.

How Long till I Get My order?
                             
Please allow up to 4 - 5 working days to receive your Bijoux Rocks Jewels purchase although in the Christmas period we can do rush orders for 2 working days.  Our products are made to your specifications and are not mass produced in any way.
                             

Shipping Method
                             
We use Royal mail and ship internationally.  All International shipments are charged £15.00 for special delivery.
