Bijoux rocks is launching Their Gold Vermeil Karma Charma Collection (GVKC) in time for Summer 2013.  The Gold Vermeil Karma Charma collection updates and builds on the current sterling silver jewellery offering. The GVKC collection is aimed at customers wanting to branch out from wearing our stackable sterling silver bracelet sets and start to mix and match using the new Gold Vermeil versions which offers the luxury of gold and sterling silver fused together.

As Gold Prices have reached stratmospheric heights, Bijoux Rocks has worked to offer a collection of jewellery combining the elegance of Sterling Silver with the beauty of gold. 

About Gold Vermeil

Vermeil is a more luxurious and better quality version of gold plated jewelry.  Bijoux Rocks Vermeil Gold Jewellery consists of a sterling silver base that is coated with 24K gold.  The lifespan of Gold vermeil is longer than with tradional gold plated jewellery and is designed to last longer but as with all fine jewellery make sure you clean it at the first sign of tarnishing. 

Vermeil can be considered as fine jewelley in that it uses two precious metals:  sterling silver and 24K gold.

Using Karen Hill Tribe silver and gold and Bali Silver extensively, the silver and gold charms incorporated into the jewellery designs are handmade by native craftspeople and sourced directly from local independent artisans.

Everything from the type of semi precious gemstones and charms used in our jewellery has significance from semi precious stones embellished with Bali Sterling Silver and Gold Vermeil Charms.  The Bijoux Rocks jewellery collection is designed to promote individuality as well as to promote courage, luck, protection and peace to the wearer.
